Your wearable device collects the data. Sequorr tells you what it means.
Self-coached athletes have no shortage of data. Every watch on the market records pace, heart rate, elevation, and route. What they don't have is the read — the part a coach does when they look at six weeks of numbers and tell you whether you're building fitness or digging a hole.
Sequorr is that read. It takes what your watch already collects and turns it into the metrics that actually answer the question: am I ready?
Every run, ride, hike, and swim — synced automatically from the watch you already own.
Training load, fitness trend, and form, so you know what today's session should cost you.
HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep folded into a single recovery signal.
Sequorr works with the watch you already own. See the full list on the integrations page.
Sequorr is free. Not freemium. Not free for 14 days. Not free with limited features. The training analytics engine — TSS, CTL, ATL, TSB, the Performance Management Chart, the fitness trend, the fatigue curve — is free for every user, permanently. So is Sequorr Findrr, and the training plan Sequorr builds for every race you sign up for through it.
There's no premium tier and no paywall on core training features. If we ever introduce paid options, free users keep what they have. The longer version of that argument lives in Why Sequorr Is Free.
I'm Spencer Kenyon, founder of Sequorr. My path here didn't begin through software — it ran through the Marine Corps. I always knew the Corps wouldn't be a career, but it sharpened something that was already in me: I can't look at things as they just are and leave them alone. There's always more to do. The vision is simple: build great tools I'd actually want to use.
Findrr exists because I decided finding races is too much work, tedious, and just outright sluggish. Finding races should be as simple as searching for them — by where the race is, what events are taking place, and what the environment is like. And if you're tracking your training with Sequorr, you'll know whether you're ready.Spencer Kenyon, Founder — Introducing Findrr
