Including a few details in your first email saves a back-and-forth and gets your issue fixed faster. If you're reporting a bug or sync problem, please add:
- iOS version — Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
- Sequorr version — open Sequorr → Settings → About. Looks like "3.0.x".
- Device — iPhone model, plus Apple Watch model if relevant.
- What you expected vs. what happened — even one sentence each helps.
- A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual.
- Approximate time the issue occurred — helps us correlate with server logs.
My Apple Watch workout didn't sync to Sequorr.
Open the iOS Health app and confirm the workout is there with your Apple Watch as the source. If it is but it's not in Sequorr, force-close and reopen Sequorr — the HealthKit observer fires on app foreground. If it still doesn't appear, write us with the workout date/time and we'll dig in.
My third-party watch (COROS, Garmin, Suunto) shows up but my GPS map is missing.
Most third-party watches send summary stats to Apple Health but don't write the GPS route. The map is missing because there's nothing to draw. Native integrations with these platforms are in active development. See the
Integrations section below.
How do I delete my account?
Open Sequorr → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. We permanently remove your personal data within 30 days. Full details are in our
Privacy Policy.
Is Sequorr free? Will it stay free?
Yes. Sequorr is free with no subscription. There's no premium tier or paywall on core training features. If we ever introduce paid options, free users keep what they have.
My training load numbers (TSS, CTL, ATL) look wrong.
Training load depends on accurate heart rate data and a correct LTHR (lactate threshold heart rate) setting. Check Profile → Settings → Training Readiness → LTHR. If your LTHR is off, all derived metrics drift. Write us if you'd like help calibrating it.
I want to add a race to Findrr.
Email us with the race name, date, location, distance, and a link to the event page. We review and add eligible events within a few days.
Sequorr ingests workouts through Apple HealthKit by default, which covers Apple Watch and any other watch that writes to Apple Health (including COROS, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo). Summary metrics — distance, duration, heart rate, calories — flow in reliably from all of these.
Coming soon
Native integrations with COROS, Garmin, and Suunto are under active development. These give Sequorr access to GPS routes, per-second altitude, running power, and the rich on-device metrics each platform computes — data that HealthKit doesn't expose.
