The Garmin integration isn't live yet.

Sequorr's Garmin application is currently under review by Garmin's developer team. Once approved, this connection flow will go live and let you sync workouts, GPS routes, and per-second sample data from your Garmin watch directly into Sequorr.

In the meantime, your Garmin watch's summary data flows into Sequorr through Apple Health automatically — distance, duration, heart rate, calories. The native integration will add GPS routes, running power, and on-device metrics that HealthKit doesn't expose.
