Open Sequorr on your iPhone to connect Polar.

For your security, connecting third-party services requires authorization from inside the Sequorr iOS app. This prevents unauthorized account linking from public computers and keeps your credentials out of web browsers.

Open the Sequorr app
If you don't have it yet, download for iOS.

Go to Profile → Settings → Integrations
Find the Polar row in the integrations list.

Tap "Connect Polar Account"
Sequorr will hand off to your browser to complete authorization with Polar.

Signed in as your Sequorr account

Connect your Polar account.

You're about to authorize Sequorr to read activity data from your Polar account. The next screen is hosted by Polar — review the permissions there before approving.

What Sequorr will access
  • Workout summaries (distance, duration, heart rate, calories)
  • GPS routes for outdoor sessions
  • Per-sample heart rate, pace, and cadence data
  • Continuous HRV (Polar's nightly recovery measurement)
  • Training load and recovery status metrics
Sequorr never modifies your Polar data. We only read what you authorize. See our Privacy Policy for full details on storage and handling.
How to disconnect later: open Sequorr → Profile → Settings → Integrations → Polar → Disconnect. This revokes Sequorr's access on Polar's servers and removes Polar data from your Sequorr account within 30 days.

This authorization link has expired.

For security, the handoff token from your Sequorr app is only valid for 60 seconds. Open the Sequorr app again and tap "Connect Polar Account" to start over.

Your Polar account is connected.

Sequorr will now sync your Polar workouts, GPS routes, and on-device metrics automatically. You can close this tab and return to the app — new activities appear shortly after each workout finishes syncing.

We couldn’t finish connecting Polar.

Something went wrong while authorizing with Polar. Open the Sequorr app and tap “Connect Polar Account” to try again.
