1What this policy covers
Sequorr is a training-intelligence app for endurance athletes. To save you from manual entry, it can connect to third-party services that already hold your activity and health data — your wearable’s cloud account. This Connected Services Privacy Policy covers only the data that reaches Sequorr through those third-party connections.
Everything else — the data Sequorr collects directly, how your account works, and your overall rights — is governed by our main App Privacy Policy. Where the two overlap, both apply; where they differ on connected-service data specifically, this policy controls.
2Services this policy covers
You decide whether to connect any service at all — Sequorr works without one. When you do connect a provider, you authorize it on that provider’s own sign-in screen, and you can revoke it at any time.
Depending on availability, connectable services may include:
- Suunto — via the Suunto Cloud API
- Polar — via Polar AccessLink
- Oura — via the Oura API
- COROS — via the COROS Open API integration not live
- Garmin — via Garmin Connect integration not live
- Wahoo — via the Wahoo Cloud API integration not live
The connection screen inside Sequorr (Activity Screen/Connected Devices/Connect More) always reflects which services are currently available to connect.
3What we access
When you connect a provider, Sequorr requests access to the activity and health data needed to build your training picture — and only what you authorize. Depending on the provider and what your device records, this can include:
- Activities — type, start time, duration, distance, pace and speed for walks, runs, hikes, rides and swims.
- GPS routes — the location track recorded during an activity, used to draw your route on the map.
- Heart rate & variability — heart-rate samples and, where available, R-R intervals (HRV).
- Elevation — altitude, total ascent and descent.
- Power & cadence — where your device records them.
- Daily metrics — resting heart rate and daily activity, where you’ve enabled all-day tracking on your device.
- Basic account identifiers from the provider — the technical IDs and tokens required to keep the connection working.
We request the minimum scope each integration needs. We do not ask for, and do not want, data unrelated to your training.
4How we use it
Connected-service data is used to operate the features you came to Sequorr for:
- Drawing your activities — routes, splits, and the metrics on each activity screen.
- Training analytics — computing your training load and fitness/fatigue/form trends (TSS, CTL, ATL, TSB), your heart-rate zones, threshold-based estimates, and pace models.
- Your history and trends — so your week, your block, and your long-term progression stay in one place.
That’s the extent of it. We process your data to give Storage & security insight into your own training — not for any third party’s benefit.
5What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads or share your data with advertisers. We don’t share it with other users — Sequorr has no social feed and no public profiles. And we don’t use it to build profiles for anyone other than you.
We don’t pull data from a connected service for any purpose beyond the features described above, and we don’t pass your connected-service data to other third parties except the infrastructure providers that run Sequorr (see Storage & security) or where the law requires it.
6Storage & security
Connected-service data is stored in Sequorr’s own infrastructure and treated as your private training data:
- Where it lives — in our proprietary database and application servers, operated by Sequorr LLC.
- In transit — connections to providers and between your app and our servers use encrypted HTTPS.
- Access tokens — the credentials that authorize a connection are stored securely and used only to fetch your data.
Our method of transactional transmission is to protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
7Connecting, disconnecting & deleting
You stay in control of every connection:
- Connect — choose a service during onboarding or under Activity Screen/Connected Devices/Connect More, then authorize it on the provider’s screen.
- Disconnect — open Activity Screen/Connected Devices/Active Wearables/Disconnect and disconnect via the provider’s screen. This revokes Sequorr’s access and stops any further syncing from that provider.
- Delete your account — deleting your Sequorr account removes your account data, including data synced from connected services, in line with our App Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting a service stops new data from arriving. You can also review and revoke Sequorr’s access directly from your account on the provider’s own platform.
8Data retention
We keep connected-service data for as long as your account is active and the connection is in place, so your history and trends remain available to you. When you disconnect a service or delete your account, the associated data is reorganized as described in our App Privacy Policy, subject to any retention the law requires.
9Each provider’s own policy
Each service you connect is operated by its own company and governed by its privacy policy and terms for the data on its systems. We recommend reviewing them before connecting:
Links to each connected provider’s policy are also shown in-app on the connection screen. Sequorr isn’t responsible for the privacy practices of services it connects to — once data is on a provider’s own system, that provider’s policy governs it.
10Children
Sequorr isn’t directed to children, and connected services should only be linked by their account holder. We don’t knowingly collect data from children through connected services. See our App Privacy Policy for full details on age and eligibility.
11Changes to this policy
As integrations are added or changed, we may update this policy. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, note it in the app. Continuing to use a connected service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
