Your watch knows what you did. Your ring knows what it cost you. Connect Oura once, and every night of sleep, HRV, and readiness lands in Sequorr on its own — feeding the recovery side of your training picture.
Sequorr is a registered application on the Oura API, Oura’s own developer interface. Your readiness, sleep, and heart data move from Oura into Sequorr through that API, with your permission — nothing scraped, nothing screen-typed, nothing guessed.
When you authorize Oura, Sequorr reads six kinds of record straight from your ring’s own data: readiness, nightly sleep, daily sleep score, blood oxygen, daily activity, and workouts. Not a score screenshot — the underlying values, with the breakdown that produced them.
Your daily readiness score, plus the contributors underneath it — recovery index, HRV balance, resting heart rate, body temperature. Sequorr keeps the breakdown, not just the headline.
Every sleep period in full: deep, light, REM and awake seconds, efficiency, latency, plus heart rate, HRV and respiratory rate through the night.
Oura’s 0–100 read on the day’s sleep, with its contributors — the quick verdict that sits alongside the detailed night rather than replacing it.
Raw nightly HRV in milliseconds and your lowest overnight heart rate — the true signals, carried alongside Oura’s normalized balance scores rather than in place of them.
Daily SpO₂ averages and body-temperature deviation from your own baseline — early tells for altitude, illness, and accumulating strain.
Steps, active and total calories, and time on your feet — the everyday load that never made it onto a watch but still shows up in your legs.
Sequorr only reads what you authorize through Oura. Disconnect at any time and the sync stops — see Your data, your call below.
A watch is a good witness to the work. It’s a poor witness to the cost. Oura fills the other half of the ledger — and Sequorr reads both halves as one file.
Sequorr’s Recovery Score is a single weighted read, not a wall of widgets you’re left to reconcile: your training balance carries the most weight, then HRV, then resting heart rate, then sleep and long-run fitness. Oura feeds the middle of that stack directly. Readiness supplies the daily score with its recovery-index and HRV-balance contributors; the detailed sleep record supplies raw HRV in milliseconds and your lowest overnight heart rate — the truer signal, and the one Sequorr weighs. Every daily record lands on the day it belongs to, so a night that ran past midnight still counts against the right morning.
The division of labor is deliberate. Oura is a ring, not a GPS watch: it isn’t drawing your route or logging per-second heart rate on a tempo run, so a workout logged on Oura arrives thin — type, duration, intensity — and rides along as enrichment. Your watch keeps owning the real session, the route, the pace, and the climb. Oura tells Sequorr whether you actually absorbed any of it, and Sequorr adjusts what it asks of you tomorrow.
Link Oura while setting up Sequorr, or any time afterward from settings. The whole thing takes under a minute.
Choose Oura during onboarding, or later under Settings → Devices → Connect more, where every supported wearable sits side by side.
You’re handed to Oura’s own sign-in to authorize the connection. Sequorr never sees your Oura password — only the access you choose to grant.
Sequorr pulls your recent nights and dailies automatically, then keeps up on its own: each morning’s readiness and sleep arrive as soon as your ring syncs to Oura.
Manage or disconnect Oura whenever you like under Settings → Devices. Disconnecting revokes Sequorr’s access immediately.
Sequorr only ever sees the data you authorize through Oura’s own sign-in screen — and we ask for the narrowest set of scopes that will actually run your training: your dailies, your heart data, your workouts. We use it to compute your recovery and your training — your load, your zones, your form. We don’t sell it, we don’t advertise against it, and we never share it with other users. Connection tokens are stored securely and dropped the moment you disconnect. Your data stays yours on Oura’s side too: Oura states plainly that it does not sell or rent your personal information, and does not use sensitive personal information for targeted advertising. The full detail — what we read, how it’s stored, and how to delete it — lives in our Connected Services Privacy Policy.
Bring your nights into Sequorr and let recovery and training finally read as one file — built for endurance athletes who train alone.
