Every session you record on a Polar now flows straight into Sequorr — the full recording, with its route, heart rate, and climb intact. Connect once, and new training arrives on its own.
Sequorr is a registered application on Polar Open AccessLink, Polar’s own developer interface. Your training moves from Polar Flow into Sequorr through that API, with your permission — nothing scraped, nothing screen-typed, nothing guessed.
When you authorize Polar, Sequorr reads your training from Polar Flow — the same recording your watch synced, pulled straight from the source rather than retyped or estimated.
Runs, rides, swims, hikes and gym work — sport type, duration, distance and pace, the moment they reach Polar Flow.
The exact track you covered, drawn on your Sequorr map in Dark, Satellite, or Topographical.
The full heart-rate trace from your watch, H10, or Verity Sense — the raw signal behind your zones and training load.
Altitude, total ascent and descent — so your vert and elevation profile match what your legs already knew.
Running and cycling power, cadence, and speed samples come across wherever your Polar recorded them.
Daily activity and the physical baselines Polar keeps for you — resting heart rate, HR max, VO₂max — where your device records them.
Sequorr only reads what you authorize through Polar. Disconnect at any time and the sync stops — see Your data, your call below.
Link Polar while setting up Sequorr, or any time afterward from settings. The whole thing takes under a minute.
Choose Polar during onboarding, or later under Settings → Devices → Connect more, where every supported wearable sits side by side.
You’re handed to Polar’s own sign-in to authorize the connection. Sequorr never sees your Polar password — only the access you choose to grant.
Sequorr pulls your recent training automatically, then keeps up on its own: every new session arrives as soon as your watch syncs to Polar Flow.
Manage or disconnect Polar whenever you like under Settings → Devices. Disconnecting revokes Sequorr’s access immediately.
Sequorr only ever sees the training data you authorize through Polar’s own sign-in screen. We use it to draw your routes and compute your training — your load, your zones, your form. We don’t sell it, we don’t advertise against it, and we never share it with other users. Connection tokens are stored securely and dropped the moment you disconnect. Your data stays yours on Polar’s side too: Polar states plainly that it does not disclose, give, or sell your data to anyone absent a legal requirement. The full detail — what we read, how it’s stored, and how to delete it — lives in our Connected Services Privacy Policy.
Bring your history into Sequorr and let every run, ride, and climb land in one place — built for endurance athletes who train alone.
